101 in 1001

Goals keep me moving, tell me when I am done, and lets me gauge just how much I can procrastinate before I have to do something.  Goals keep me moving forward on a project.

Goals = motivation

I like goals.

So, when a friend brought the Day Zero Project to my attention, I was intrigued. The goal of this project is to make a list of 101 things that you would like to do in 1001 days. The goals can be small or huge, but the aim is to complete as many of them as you can before the deadline. After a week of thinking, I slowly compiled my list. 1. I tried to do this last year. It was fun making the list and I did complete some things but then it fell by the wayside. I still have the list, though, and the 1001 days have not passed. Maybe I should dig out the list! It will be fun watching you cross things off. There is a sense of satisfaction in that, even when watching someone else! :-)

  2. This is so inspiring!! Now I want to make a list. :) Even if I don't, though, I'll enjoy watching you mark off yours. You have some pretty spiffy goals.

  3. Mrs. B- Yes, I think you should pull it out again! If nothing else, it might be fun to reread. :)

    Megan- Lists are so much fun! It took me a week though to come up with 101 items. I felt so uncreative at first :) But, yes! You should make your own list- just because I would love to see what you come up with.

  4. Yay. I love lists. Hence, I created a list of things to do before I die. You should make one of those too!-erin
